Woodmichelle Saimbert is a dedicated leader with a passion for helping others and improving community services. With years of experience in customer service management, operations, and staff development, she has successfully driven organizational growth and enhanced customer satisfaction in various roles. As the former Director of Customer Service at SwimRight Academy, she streamlined operations, improved enrollments by 60%, and implemented strategic workflows to ensure client satisfaction.​

 

Woodmichelle's commitment to making a difference extends beyond customer service. Her passion for helping others was further demonstrated during her time as Operations Manager at LA Family Housing, where she oversaw essential operational functions, in providing safe, clean, and efficient housing for individuals and families. Her expertise in coordinating building maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely unit turnarounds made her an integral part of the team’s success in supporting the mission of providing housing solutions to those in need.

 

​Holding a Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and a Bachelor of Science in Audio Production from The Art Institute of California, Woodmichelle brings a diverse skill set, combining creativity, leadership, and operational expertise to every project. She is passionate about using her talents to uplift communities and support nonprofit efforts that foster positive change. In her personal life, Woodmichelle enjoys exploring creative outlets, volunteering, and staying involved in initiatives that align with her values of service and community empowerment.
