Joseph Ball has 20 + years of diversified operations, finance, and qualitymanagement experience in both a for-profit technical manufacturing and nonprofit social service environment. A dedicated, loyal, mission focused, and ethical manager, Joe has demonstrated organizational, team building and problem-solving managerial expertise. With the ability to communicate and achieve both short and long-term objectives, he believes as Aristotle said, “excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution.”​

 

Joe holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration, Finance emphasis, from Pepperdine University.​

 

When not pursuing operational excellence, Joe enjoys spending his time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
